Gary & Judy Edmunds

Greetings in Jesus Name, 5/7/07

I trust this letter finds you in good health. 111 John Verse 2,. "Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth."

Sorry, it's been 2 1/2 months since we have given an update on the ministry from the Beautiful Appalachian Foothills of Southeastern OH.

God has been good to us here at the church. We had a family join the church two weeks ago. They had been coming for awhile and decided to get in with both feet. That's encouraging to Judy and I. Judy led a lady to the Lord out on visitation three weeks ago. I baptized her and two 20 year old young ladies. God is good! We had a Prophecy Conference with Dr. Wally Williams in April. It was great and we had several visitors out for this meeting.

We sing and preach at the Riverside Nursing Home and their Retirement Home once a month. We just started a Bible Study twice a month for them as well. These facilities are these old folk's last stop off before eternity. They need the Lord! It's a joy to share the Lord with them and to see them waiting for us when we arrive.

We are looking forward to our first tent meeting this month (May). We will be in Shelbyville, WV singing and preaching to these folk. This will be our eighth year there in Shelbyville. God has blessed each year. We will put up our tent here at the church the week prior to and ending on Father's Day. Dr. Sam Gipp will be preaching for us and we are asking God for visitors and for souls saved during this meeting.

We are praying for a new place to put our gospel tent up. Please pray with us. We have been fortunate to have some mayors of these small towns to let us raise the tent and have a week of meetings with electric, rest rooms etc. paid for by the town itself. God has been good to give us lasting results with these meetings.

Pray for our health. We are fortunate to have insurance. Praise God! However with a prescription program we still put out over $200.00 a month for medicine. Crazy Aye? Judy has suffered lately with leg troubles. She had some ex-rays but showed no blood clots praise the Lord. She really suffers with this leg problem. Please pray for her. I have of course continue to pass kidney stones and continue with back trouble. However it's great to be on this side of the sod with an opportunity to serve the Christ.

God Bless Each Of You,
